My goals are to empower you with the knowledge you need to understand your body,

to help you trust your intuition and advocate for yourself when navigating this journey,

and to support you in making simple changes to transform your life and your family.

My support complements that of your practitioner or medical team. I do not offer medical advice to cure, treat, or manage disease. I make sure you are in the driver's seat with everything you need to make the best decisions for you and your family.
